Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Implement procurement best practices to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide necessary support.
Qualifications:
