Head of Marketing Mexico (Europe-based)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead regional strategic planning and drive growth in the Mexican market.
- Planning and execution of marketing activities. This includes campaigns, performance ads, social media, content, digital ads, email, blogs, affiliate networks, PR, etc.
- Working with a cross-functional team to drive and prioritise product localization and operational needs.
- Meet revenue and budget targets for digital marketing channels and programs.
- Identify existing gaps, trends and influences in the region. Provide information and insights to HQ and recommend practical solutions.
- Develop strategies to expand operations in the region.
- Gather market intelligence on customers and competitors; provide local information on key trends/growth segments; and translate information into marketing programs.
Requirements
- Native Spanish. In-depth knowledge of consumers in the Mexican market (Mexican nationality is an asset).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Finance or Information Technology.
- More than 5 years of business, sales and marketing experience in the Mexican market.
- Experience in Paid ads
- Experience with CRM---> RAF/Share/Social/WOM
- Experience in influencer marketing - partnership
- High level of English. Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Ability to work independently
- Mixture of creativity and analysis with a strong results and metrics driven approach to problem solving
- Experience managing external advertising agencies and freelancers

- خبرة في التسويق المؤثر - الشراكة

- خبرة في العمل في بيئة بدء التشغيل
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل
