Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees
- Conduct performance management and evaluation processes to promote employee development and engagement
- Maintain employee records and HR systems accurately and confidentially
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
