Kinaxis Solution Architect
- Provide the connection between our clients’ strategic business leaders and technical team by clearly communicating business functional issues.
- Conduct business processes and requirements analysis Advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the RapidResponse platform and supporting technologies.
- Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
- Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.
- Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans.
- Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes.
Production Planner with relocation to Poland
- Create short, mid and long term production plan satisfying the latest demand, taking into account the latest inventory and operational constraints.
- Create production plan for each product based on factory KPIs respect and production restrictions.
- Regular capacity overview based on the normal actual output of the factory. Capacity risk advanced flagging, creating scenarios on problem solving
- Long, mid and short term inventory management. Whenever inventory level below or above the target -flag the risks to BU according to the standard process
- Daily control and taking appropriate actions by advancing the production and understanding what causes the stock out, action plan creation on risk reduction
Supply Planning Specialist - Relocation to Poland
- Good English skills min. B2
- Required experience min. 2 years of supply planning experience (including production or material planning etc.)
- Knowledge of the Planning domain and process understanding
- Good overall computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel)
- Experience in working with SAP as an advantage
- Analytical skills
Demand Planner (relocation to Poland)
- University degree;
- Strong knowledge of demand planning processes such as baselining, best-fit modeling, forecast enrichment, outlier correction, promotions, events, trends, forecast lags, forecast accuracy/bias, etc.;
- Good knowledge of various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques;
- Functional experience in forecasting tools – SAP (or others, it will be the advantage);
- Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics: inventory turns, service levels, safety stock, classes of inventory, etc.;
- Experience in managing phase in phase out products;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- English must (min. B2);
- Excel advanced skills and general knowledge of Power BI;
- Knowledge of different ERPs will be an advantage.
