Role & Responsibilities:

Solution Design:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions leveraging the Power Platform and Dynamics 365,
Development:
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and reports using Power Apps, Power Automate,
Power BI, and Dynamics 365 platform capabilities. Customization:
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs, including entity customization, form design, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
Integration:
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other integration tools.
- Testing:
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Documentation:
- Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability of solutions.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on developed solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Stay Updated:
- Keep up to date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Extensive experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules.
- Strong experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. 5. Basic understanding of business processes and workflows to effectively translate requirements into
- technical solutions.
- Experience with data integration techniques and technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions,
- and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to provide basic level 1 support, including initial assistance and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- . Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
