Human Resources Officer
- You will perform full-cycle recruitment on a retained or contingent basis prospecting and evaluating talent from various countries in conjunction with our business requirements.
- To be considered for this role, you will be a graduate with 3–6 years of recruiting senior hires across HR, Retail, Design, Buying & Merchandising, Digital, Marketing or PR & Communications. We also expect you to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and written skills, with fluency in English and preferably a second or third language.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process
- Evaluate candidates and prospects through the use of social media and networks
- Conduct interviews and handle all communication between applicants and C-Suite/Talent Acquisition/HR Teams
- Build and maintain networks by attending job fairs and conferences
- Capable of producing competitive tenders and creative pricing solutions
Minimum requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience as a recruiter /sales professional (preferably in an international organisation)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, or related field
- Working knowledge of ATS's (Salesforce, Bullhorn, Access, Vincere) and all LinkedIn products
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in one other language
- The successful applicant will not recruit in the UK unless justified by an established clientele. We are keen to expand our global footprint and of particular interest are the regions of EMEA and BRIC. This position will remain open until 26th March.

- لكي يتم اعتبارك لهذا الدور، ستكون خريجًا ولديك 3-6 سنوات من توظيف كبار الموظفين في مجالات الموارد البشرية أو البيع بالتجزئة أو التصميم أو الشراء والتجارة أو التسويق الرقمي أو العلاقات العامة والاتصالات. نتوقع منك أيضًا إظهار مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين ومهارات الاتصال والكتابية، مع إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ويفضل أن تكون لغة ثانية أو ثالثة.
المسؤوليات:
- إدارة والإشراف على عملية التوظيف بأكملها من البداية إلى النهاية
- تقييم المرشحين والمحتملين من خلال استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والشبكات
- إجراء المقابلات والتعامل مع جميع الاتصالات بين المتقدمين وفرق C-Suite / اكتساب المواهب / الموارد البشرية

الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات:
- 3-6 سنوات من الخبرة كموظف توظيف/محترف مبيعات (يفضل أن يكون ذلك في منظمة دولية)
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الموارد البشرية أو الأعمال أو الاتصالات أو المجال ذي الصلة
- معرفة عملية بـ ATS (Salesforce وBullhorn وAccess وVincere) وجميع منتجات LinkedIn
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتفاوض والتواصل
- الطلاقة في لغة واحدة أخرى
