- We are currently looking for a Balance Sheet Specialist to support our client within the Financial Sector.
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- Play a pivotal role in implementing the Balance Sheet Manager (BSM) Solution and its various modules including Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Liquidity Risk Management (LRM), Market Risk, and ECL/IFRS9
- As part of the delivery team, perform client requirements gathering workshops, put together statements of work (SoWs) and project plans, perform data mapping/requirements workshops, do product configuration as per client requirements, build custom reports, guide and assist the client in performing data validation & reconciliation testing, system integration testing and User
- Acceptance testing, deliver training and presentations and put together be-spoke custom documentation as per the client needs
- Assist with ongoing support questions from the client base
- Assist pre-sales in preparing and delivering product presentations and demos to prospective clients
- Ability to manage and deliver functional areas of the project single-handedly
- Ability to handle more than one project at a time
- Ability to train other team members
- Share industry best practices followed globally with clients and other team members
- Research the latest regulations/reports in the regulatory area of balance sheet management

Front Arena Implementation Specialist
- We are currently looking for a Front Arena Implementation Specialist to support our client within the Financial Sector.
- Initially, you will be embedded in current projects to deliver our solution, but we will require you to rapidly assimilate the capabilities of the solution to lead implementations of our software within 3 months
- You will act on your own or as a team leader for functional and technical aspects of consulting projects for our hedge fund customer base for front office trade entry, position keeping, greeks and sensitivities, watch listing, NAV and cash management, as well as operational aspects of reconciliation to primes and custodians and Nav, sign off and performance tracking
- Mentoring, guiding, advising, and/or checking the work of less experienced business systems
- analysts and technology once up to speed
- Installation and setup of applications
- Developing scripts, customizing implementation of applications
- Writing test plans and test cases to ensure that enhancements made to applications meet client requirements and maintain application integrity
- Influencing clients, business partners, and service providers regarding priorities hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection
- Working directly with clients at the client site
- You will eventually work as a pre-sales support specialist when needed
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Information science, computer science, business administration, economics, finance, or a combination of education and work experience
- You will come from the industry either from the IT of a hedge fund organization or have deep experience working for front and back-office solutions for the hedge fund space
- You must have had hands-on experience directly implementing a similar solution to our flagship Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform (as known as Front Arena) such as Enfusion, Orchestra de, Tradar, Murex, or Calypso
- Familiarity with the needs of Global Macro, Vol, and Convertible Arbitrage strategies is a must
- Good verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences at
- different hierarchical levels
- Good analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation,
- conflict management and time management greeks kill
