The role of the Head of Content revolves around:
- directing the creation of first-class written, video, data visualisation and interactive content
- leading the creation of excellent day to day experiences for our clients target audiences
- presenting complex strategic recommendations and content plans to both CMO and wider senior client team in a persuasive, confident manner that instils trust
- creating comprehensive, scalable content plans aligned to agreed strategic objectives, budget and audiences
- oversight of the activities of the content department including discovery research, theme identification, content creation, reporting and optimisation
- working closely with other Fifth Ring teams to ensure brand and creative alignment locally and globally
- leading by example through excellent writing and prototyping of content ideas, testing directions and bringing clients along with the thinking
- directing and building a high performing team
- using current techniques to deliver content that works at all stages of the buyer cycle, from discovery through to advocacy
- working with colleagues across the world in strategy, creative, and reach to deliver impactful programmes of work for our international portfolio of B2B clients
