- CA/ICWA – Must be qualified
- SAP CO Global Certification in S/4HANA
- Must have knowledge in managing SAP projects - S/4HANA Implementation or Support Projects.
- Must be proficient in Team Coordination, Customer coordination, following project charters, preparing calendars, follow up as per project plan, schedules and milestones etc.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Worked on preparing the Project Proposal in line with New Project RFP with minimum guidance.
- Experience with PM tools is must like Jira, Solution Manager, can help with workload, remove roadblocks, assist with rate of deliverables, foster communication and add accuracy to reporting.
Detailed Job Description
- Must have worked in Manufacturing Industry, Oil & Gas Industry related SAP Projects.
- Area of expertise include SAP Finance, Controlling, CCA, PCA, CEA, COPA, Product Costing and Integration with other Modules.
- Must have involved in at least 3 End-to-End Implementation of CO Projects.
- Must have worked in at least 3 CO support projects.
- Knowledge in Budget Control System [BCS] in S/4HANA is important to have.
- Onsite experience of traveling to client locations such as US, Qatar, Malaysia, UAE, Kuwait & South Korea.
- Good knowledge in Accounting & Financial, Procurement & Distribution and Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales & Billing Processes.
- Participated on user training, and clarified user question and addressed all their doubts.
- Involved in resolving existing expectations with customer’s Finance technical / operations experts and stakeholders; creates an approach which integrates diverse points of views and which drives success from a Finance operation perspective
- Worked in End-to-End Implantation Project & implemented FI, CO, MM & SD
- Understands the as-is situation and goals of a customer holistically, is able to translate it into an adequate Controlling roadmap design as well as the appropriate operating concept based on SAP’s offerings, with a clear focus on Customer
- Proven experience in configuring, testing, and supporting SAP Controlling solutions.
- Implemented Internal Order Budgeting
- Participated in Product Costing & COPA implementation.
- Implemented Internal Order & AUC functionality for CAPEX.
- Provided support the internal controlling practice & other month end issues.
