We are looking for Director of sales position to work in reputed four star hotel in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business
- objectives and needs.
- Knowledge to operate online booking sites.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic, additional language skills are a plus
