Reporting to the Vice President Operations, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the Country organization ensuring all safety, operational and commercial objectives are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Country you are assigned to.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion and development.
- Supervise the Project Managers / SBU Managers in charge of the different contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, institutions, banks, unions and corporate central services (tendering, HR, finance, legal & tax, HSEQ).
- Monitor and manage a provisional budget and financial follow-up of the Country in cooperation with the Regional Finance Direction and the Vice President Operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in assessing risks at tender stage and actively contribute to the creation of competitive offers.
- Provide regular, comprehensive reports to senior management regarding the Country's performance and key performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making.
