- As the Creative Concept Design Director , you will lead our creative team in conceptualizing, designing, and executing exceptional exhibition and event experiences. Leveraging your expertise in creative direction, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity, storytelling, and overall aesthetic of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development process from concept to execution for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and other live events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, brand identity, and target audience, translating their vision into compelling creative concepts.
- Oversee the creation of innovative designs, layouts, and visuals that align with client goals and project requirements.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to internal teams, including graphic designers, set designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all creative deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.

- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including exhibitions, events, experiential marketing campaigns, and brand activations.
- Strong conceptual thinking and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into innovative creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with 3D rendering tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and inspire confidence in clients and team members.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team management and development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
