Digital & Sales Support Specialist - EMEA
- The Digital & Sales Support Specialist will provide digital onboarding support and sales support to customers within the EMEA region, and to help promote our digital and print products across the territory.
- Through strong planning and organizational skills, they will engage with teachers from a range of different backgrounds and provide effective support to our digital customers, helping to provide a flawless digital experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Successful implementation (setup & onboarding)
- Provide digital training sessions as onboarding support for first time users, and for existing customers to ensure they can optimally navigate our digital products, training resources, and overall organization
- Work closely with the Regional CSM to adapt and last-mile customer-facing presentations and supporting documentation for both the rep and the customer
- Help build / adapt digital onboarding support tools and resources for the territory.
- Product use and satisfaction (activation & usage)
- Cultivate and maintain extensive knowledge of our digital platform, Spark, alongside of our ELT / CBE product list.
- Cultivate and maintain extensive knowledge of our digital customers, their usage and take action with the sales representative
- Plan and attend customer meetings both on site and via Zoom/Teams, prioritise training requests and tasks, and efficiently deliver digital training sessions.
- Collect customer feedback in their day-to-day conversations and interaction with Instructors and School Administrators and respond accordingly
- Renewal for the following school year (retention)
- Maximise Sales support to key customers in the territory by monitoring and reporting out on usage
- Take a pro-active approach to supporting sales rep in renewing digital business.
- Manage and control new edition processes
