Deal Desk Analyst
Your job will be to:
- Support sales on large volume of standard and complex Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) configurations and custom pricing
- Partner with the Business Operations team to support Salesforce CPQ rollout and help end-users with data mapping and migration to the new system;
- Review and ensure CPQ accuracy on contract requests;
- Help to maintain data integrity in CPQ by conducting regular audits and quality checks on the data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency;
- Support end to end contracting process which can include creating, updating and sending contracts, identifying opportunities to optimize Salesforce CPQ;
- Developing and documenting standards, guidelines, and procedures for both administrators and end-users.
Engineering Manager
Your job will be to:
- Ensure the team works well – is motivated, cohesive and sees purpose in what they do.
- Ensure the team delivers on company objectives and reach expectations of internal and external customers of Bloomreach. This can be achieved by, but not only:
- Right allocation and management of time of your people
- Involving right people in decision making process
- Balancing technical vs. business requirements and needs
- Managing on-duty services
- Communicate both into the team and into the organisation
- Execute Performance management and People development in the team.
- Balancing needs of individual, team (tech, team setup) and company (business)
- Staffing, hiring, compensation proposals
You have the following experience and qualities:
Must have
- Experience of leading technology teams and projects (ideally B2B).
- Technology background (ideally as a developer)
- Motivation and willingness to get your hands dirty with projects with high level of uncertainty
- Hands on experience with technologies mentioned above, either via managing a team working with them or using them directly.
- Independence, self-organization, ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Fluency in English to be able to lead English speaking team.
