Senior Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or Project Planning and Control Certification (PPC).
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in planning & scheduling activities In an Oil & Gas or related process industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management tools and techniques, including scheduling,
- planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and change management.
- Experience with software tools such as primavera and Oracle Project software’s.
- Leadership, analytical, effective communication, and team player skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Understanding of the organization Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations and procedures.
Civil Engineer
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Coporate membership of the Royal institute of chartered surveyors or equivalent.
- Minimum seven (7) years' experience in providing land surveying solutions with at least five (5) years in Oil and Gas Petrochemical/ process industry including drawing office and computation experience.
- Sound knowledge of standard contract administration procedures, labour ordinances and its application to contract work and site management practices.
- A high degree of organizational ability and ability to make onthespot decisions.
- Sound understanding of company safety procedures and be fully conversant with fire, health and safety standard as applicable to contracts and works being supervised.
- Good working knowledge of MS office package on windows operating system. Conversant with use of AutoCAD, smart plant, EAM, EIMS, Oracle etc.
- InDepth knowledge of internationally accepted engineering codes and standards and specifically to land surveying requirement.

مهندس تخطيط أول
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة ويفضل الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- شهادة محترف إدارة المشاريع (PMP) أو أخصائي التخطيط والجدولة (PSP) أو شهادة تخطيط المشاريع والتحكم فيها (PPC).
- ما لا يقل عن 15 عامًا من الخبرة ذات الصلة في تخطيط وجدولة الأنشطة في مجال النفط والغاز أو صناعة العمليات ذات الصلة.
- - فهم واضح لأدوات وتقنيات إدارة المشروع، بما في ذلك الجدولة،
- التخطيط وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM) وإدارة التغيير.
- خبرة في استخدام الأدوات البرمجية مثل برامج primavera وOracle Project.
- مهارات القيادة والتحليل والتواصل الفعال ومهارات اللعب الجماعي.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة أنشطة المشروع المتعددة في وقت واحد.
- - الإلمام بمعايير الصناعة ذات الصلة وأفضل الممارسات.
- فهم لوائح وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بالمنظمة.
مهندس مدني
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في تخصص مسح الأراضي أو الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.
- العضوية التعاونية في المعهد الملكي للمساحين القانونيين أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سبع (7) سنوات في تقديم حلول مسح الأراضي مع ما لا يقل عن خمس (5) سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات / العمليات بما في ذلك مكتب الرسم والخبرة الحسابية.
- المعرفة السليمة بإجراءات إدارة العقود القياسية وقوانين العمل وتطبيقها على أعمال العقود وممارسات إدارة الموقع.
- درجة عالية من القدرة التنظيمية والقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات على الفور.
- الفهم السليم لإجراءات سلامة الشركة والإلمام الكامل بمعايير مكافحة الحرائق والصحة والسلامة كما تنطبق على العقود والأعمال التي يتم الإشراف عليها.
- معرفة عملية جيدة بحزمة MS Office على نظام التشغيل Windows. - ملم باستخدام AutoCAD والمصنع الذكي وEAM وEIMS وOracle وما إلى ذلك.
- معرفة متعمقة بالقوانين والمعايير الهندسية المقبولة دوليًا وعلى وجه التحديد لمتطلبات مسح الأراضي.
