Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the salon's daily operations, including scheduling, organization, staff, and inventory.
- Achieve business goals and increase revenue by providing high-quality services and enhancing the customer experience.
- Handle complaints and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Guide and train the team, working on their skill development and promoting teamwork.
- Review and analyze financial performance and work towards the salon's financial sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager in a women's salon or a similar beauty establishment.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Practical knowledge of the latest beauty and personal care trends and related products.
- Ability to handle problems and make informed decisions in a knowledgeable manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
