About the job
- We are seeking a diligent and cheerful Barista/Juice Bar Waitress for Dessange Spa & Salon .She will be responsible for providing exceptional service in an efficient and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Prepares work station for preparing the beverages ensuring all utensils, napkins, condiments, and service plates are ready for service
- Follows proper set-up and cleanliness of the work station.
- Greets guests and presents them with menus.
- Suggests food and beverages, explaining daily specials, answers food preparation questions as necessary.
- Punch the order on the POS machine and enters any special requests made by the guests when ordering items e.g. no sugar in the juices, no salt etc.
- Up-sells additional food and beverages to guests.
- Serve food and beverages to the guests.
- Before delivering cheque to guests, ensure each item has been entered into the POS
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar field
- Desire to provide phenomenal experiences to guests: possess a professional attitude and outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be assertive, quick thinking
- Be customer focused
- Able to adapt to flexible work patterns
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- يتبع الإعداد السليم ونظافة محطة العمل.
- يرحب بالضيوف ويقدم لهم القوائم.
- يقترح الأطعمة والمشروبات، ويشرح العروض الخاصة اليومية، ويجيب على أسئلة إعداد الطعام حسب الضرورة.
- قم بإدخال الطلب على جهاز نقاط البيع وإدخال أي طلبات خاصة يقدمها الضيوف عند طلب العناصر، على سبيل المثال: عدم إضافة السكر إلى العصائر أو الملح وما إلى ذلك.
- Up-يبيع الأطعمة والمشروبات الإضافية للضيوف.
- تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات للضيوف.
- قبل تسليم الشيك للضيوف، تأكد من إدخال كل عنصر في نقطة البيع
