? Has full working knowledge of all menu items, and can describe them and clearly and suggestively, including possible variations, allergens or options.
? Can perform independently in their designated area of work.
? Engage warmly and professionally with guests and team members at all times.
? Deal effectively with guest comments or complaints.
? Communicate any known issues to managers immediately.
? Ensure that all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as directed.
? Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and its environment.
? Complete own probationary and appraisal paper work as required
? Understand and can explain the Brand.
? Enter guest orders accurately into the POS.
