About the job
- New outstanding rooftop club-lounge in the heart of Manama is looking for the talented Bartender to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Requirements and skills:
- Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of Russian/French/Spanish/Italian is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Compensation and conditions of employment will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

- الامتثال لجميع لوائح الأغذية والمشروبات.
المتطلبات والمهارات:
- السيرة الذاتية والخبرة العملية المثبتة كنادل.
- معرفة ممتازة في خلط وتزيين وتقديم المشروبات.
- محو الأمية الحاسوبية.
- تعتبر معرفة اللغة الروسية/الفرنسية/الإسبانية/الإيطالية ميزة.
- الموقف الإيجابي ومهارات التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين ممتازة.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على البار منظمًا ومخزنًا ونظيفًا.
- سيتم مناقشة التعويضات وشروط التوظيف مع المرشحين المختارين.
