Position Summary
- Experienced and knowledgeable Professional Educator. In this role, the professional educator will be responsible for providing
- comprehensive education and training to salons staff, professionals, and internal staff. The primary focus will be on increasing brand
- awareness, driving sales, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- The Employees must be active on various social media platforms and demonstrate a strong online presence to effectively engage with
- our clients and customers by showcasing our brand success stories and related content.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deliver advanced education programs and workshops on designated brand and skills
- Provide in-depth product knowledge training, addressing complex inquiries and demonstrating advanced application techniques.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Foster strong relationships with beauty professionals, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and advocacy.
- Daily in salon or academy training, demos and market visits
- Assist customers with product selection, addressing their inquiries and providing recommendations based on their needs of their establishment
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive and professional image of the brand.
- Schedule or reschedule appointments with clients for follow up trainings and meetings, coordinating with the booking coordinator and sales team
- Develop and record all trainings, demonstrations and meetings to follow up with the concerned persons
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during customer interactions, demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Mentor and train junior educators, sharing best practices and knowledge to foster their professional growth.
- Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures;
- Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, safety of students and customers as well as attendance and positive attitude.
- Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.

- تعزيز العلاقات القوية مع محترفي التجميل والمؤثرين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في الصناعة لتعزيز سمعة العلامة التجارية والدعوة لها.
- يوميًا في التدريب في الصالون أو الأكاديمية والعروض التوضيحية وزيارات السوق
- مساعدة العملاء في اختيار المنتجات والرد على استفساراتهم وتقديم التوصيات بناءً على احتياجات مؤسستهم
- بناء علاقة مع العملاء والحفاظ على صورة إيجابية ومهنية للعلامة التجارية.
- جدولة أو إعادة جدولة المواعيد مع العملاء لمتابعة التدريبات والاجتماعات، والتنسيق مع منسق الحجز وفريق المبيعات
