- Establishing and enforcing safety guidelines for workers to follow while on the job
- Training new employees on how to perform their jobs properly
- Supervising workers to ensure they are performing their duties in a safe and effective manner
- Scheduling work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed within time frames specified by management
- Conducting regular site visit for inspections to ensure that work is being performed efficiently and effectively
