Establishing and enforcing safety guidelines for workers to follow while on the job
Training new employees on how to perform their jobs properly
Supervising workers to ensure they are performing their duties in a safe and effective manner
Scheduling work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed within time frames specified by management
Conducting regular site visit for inspections to ensure that work is being performed efficiently and effectively
