Providing Technical service including Clariant Service Portal
- Plan and execute onsite service of responsible applications such as loading / startup / trouble shooting
- Ensure proper equipment / tools to be used for responsible applications
- Supervise / Operate / Manage the loading machines / tools during technical service
- Provide performance evaluations / predictions / projections
- Conduct customer's operating optimization to achieve maximum catalysts' performance
Sales Tandem Partner
- Support sales with existing customers by organizing frequent technical meetings
- Analyze and understand client's technology in detail, offer appropriate technical solution
- Conduct technical communication / calculations and responsible for the documentation of results.
- Collecting data, market information from the customers
Knowledge management
- Improve the understanding of value proposition of responsible applications
- Liaise with technical advisors / production manager / sales, contribute to compilation and maintenance of Design Guidelines / Operating Manual
- Contribute to compilation and maintenance of Design Guidelines
Group support & Training
- Develop training programs for both technical service engineers and sales managers
- Support other applications as required to cover their technical service
- Support other regions as required to cover their technical service
Educational Background:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering ,Chemistry field or Chemical technology.
Business Experience
- Minimum 3 year’s experience of plant operation or catalyst technical service in chemical plant or at least 2 years’ experience in Petrochemical/Refinery or Oil & Gas plants

دعم المجموعة والتدريب
- تطوير برامج تدريبية لكل من مهندسي الخدمات الفنية ومديري المبيعات
- دعم التطبيقات الأخرى كما هو مطلوب لتغطية خدماتها الفنية
- دعم المناطق الأخرى كما هو مطلوب لتغطية خدماتها الفنية
خلفية تعليمية:
- الحد الأدنى من درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو مجال الكيمياء أو التكنولوجيا الكيميائية.
الخبرة في الأعمال التجارية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تشغيل المصنع أو الخدمة الفنية للمحفزات في مصنع كيميائي أو خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مصانع البتروكيماويات/التكرير أو مصانع النفط والغاز
