Vendor Performance Specialist
Role Summary:
Managing and improving the performance of local and darkstore vendors across the country.
Taking ownership of vendor service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps
- and executing a plan to fill performance-related gaps
What’s on Your Plate?
● Identify and solve local and dark stores vendor performance related problems by
analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data.
● Work alongside the commercial and the logistics teams to reduce fail rate, vendor delay
and preparation/picking times.
● Have a deep understanding of non-food vendors' operations and the ability to solve
challenges by working with the non-food operations team.
● Work closely with country operations, commercial, and product teams to optimize
customers ordering experience
● Provide input to the vendor operations strategy and support its implementation in the country along the regional guidelines
● Connect with vendor performance responsible (account managers) in the country and build
an end-to-end process for process implementation & review
● Connect with vendors who are displaying poor operational performance or are the worst
offenders to help improve their performance by sharing best practices and industry
insights.
● Create and roll out projects focusing on performance excellence.
● Provide weekly updates to country management on projects performance progress

● Bachelor's Degree
● 2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
● Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal. Urdu is a plus.
