Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Surveyor located in Manama. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, Total Station, Building Surveying, and Surveying tasks on various projects. The Land Surveyor will also be required to provide guidance to other members of the field team and communicate with other stakeholders of the project.
Responsibilities
- Developing the land surveying strategies.
- Conducting land surveys on various properties.
- Reading and interpreting drawings and topographic maps.
- Measuring distances and angles of the land surface.
- Using the required land surveying equipment.
- Drawing the rough sketches of the land.
- Reading the maps and making notes as per the requirements.
- Reporting the legal land description for surveys.
- Calculating the measurements of the land site.
- Verifying the calculations and analyzing the data.
- Maintaining the surveying equipment.
- Preparing the reports on survey results
- Presenting the data to clients.
- Advising on technical aspects.
- Researching the legal boundaries of the site.
- Collaborating with the team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a similar field.
- Work experience : at least 5 years outside Bahrain
- Proven work experience working as a Land Surveyor or a similar position.
- A valid surveyor’s license is required.
- Proficiency in land surveying software.
- Ability to understand and interpret written documents.
- Phenomenal understanding and knowledge of GPS, GIS And Total Station.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
- Illustrate good time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent maths and analytical skills.

- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمساح أراضي يقع في المنامة. سيكون مساح الأراضي مسؤولاً عن إجراء المسوحات الطبوغرافية ومسح الأراضي والمحطة الشاملة ومسح المباني ومهام المسح في مشاريع مختلفة. سيُطلب من مساح الأراضي أيضًا تقديم التوجيه للأعضاء الآخرين في الفريق الميداني والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين في المشروع.
المسؤوليات
- تطوير إستراتيجيات مسح الأراضي.
- إجراء المسوحات الأرضية لمختلف العقارات.

- رسم المخططات التقريبية للأرض.

- حساب قياسات موقع الأرض.
- التحقق من الحسابات وتحليل البيانات.
- صيانة الأجهزة المساحية.
- إعداد التقارير الخاصة بنتائج المسح
- تقديم البيانات للعملاء.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن الجوانب الفنية.
- دراسة الحدود القانونية للموقع.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق.
مؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مسح الأراضي أو مجال مشابه.
- الخبرة العملية : 5 سنوات على الأقل خارج البحرين
- خبرة عمل مثبتة في العمل كمساح أراضي أو منصب مماثل.
- مطلوب رخصة مساح سارية المفعول.
- - إجادة برامج مسح الأراضي.
- القدرة على فهم وتفسير الوثائق المكتوبة.
- الفهم والمعرفة الهائلين لنظام تحديد المواقع العالمي (GPS) ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) ومحطة Total.
- القدرة على اتخاذ القرار السريع.
- توضيح مهارات إدارة الوقت الجيد.
- القدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية جيدة.
- الرياضيات ممتازة والمهارات التحليلية.
