Role Purpose
- The Sales Associate is responsible for serving customers on the shop floor and answering their needs in a timely manner in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve optimum sales results
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests
- Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing security risks and thefts by performing physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken alarms, incidents, suspicious activities
- Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand's image and coordination standards
- Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required
- Take accurate measurements for any needed alteration, assign price according to set price list (when applicable) and coordinate needed alterations
Qualifications
- High School Degree
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS office

الغرض من الدور
- يتولى مساعد المبيعات مسؤولية خدمة العملاء في المتجر والإجابة على احتياجاتهم في الوقت المناسب من أجل ضمان مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء وتحقيق نتائج المبيعات المثلى.
المسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالعملاء وتقديم المساعدة وخدمتهم لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم في الوقت المناسب وبما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة وخدمة العملاء
- توفير خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال إجراء البيع الإضافي والبيع المتبادل واقتراح البدائل ومتابعة طلبات العملاء
- ضمان عملية استلام سلسة وفعالة للعناصر / الشحنات، بالإضافة إلى حفظ دقيق للمخزون لمنع المخاطر الأمنية والسرقات عن طريق إجراء الجرد المادي والإلكتروني كما هو مطلوب، والإبلاغ عن الإنذارات المعطلة والحوادث والأنشطة المشبوهة
- ترتيب وتجديد أرفف المتجر بشكل مستمر والتأكد من أن أرضية المتجر والأرفف تظل نظيفة ومرتبة في جميع الأوقات بما يتماشى مع صورة العلامة التجارية ومعايير التنسيق
- التعامل مع السجل النقدي والمعاملات مع العملاء بطريقة فعالة ودقيقة كما هو مطلوب
- أخذ قياسات دقيقة لأي تعديل مطلوب، وتعيين السعر وفقًا لقائمة الأسعار المحددة (عند الاقتضاء) وتنسيق التعديلات المطلوبة
مؤهلات
- شهادة الثانوية
- الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
- الكفاءة في مكتب MS
