Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE/CE, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).

Aerospace & Defense Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the marketing plan development and execution for RTI in Aerospace & Defense
- Drive the development and execution of industry messaging, positioning and go-to-market marketing strategies
- Draft and edit A&D content including but not limited to: speaking abstracts, event messaging, blog posts, articles and presentations
- Build and execute proactive, multi-channel demand generation campaigns in support of corporate A&D initiatives and priorities; coordinate campaign execution within the Marketing Department; conduct post-program analysis to measure campaign success metrics
- Collaborate closely with the market development and sales teams to serve as a pulse of the industry, contributing themes and thought leadership topics to corporate content and communication channels, such as blog posts, social media posts, contributed articles, etc.
- Build relationships with marketing counterparts at select partner organizations; develop and execute partner co-marketing and sales enablement programs
Support Software Engineer
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent debugging skills in a wide variety of technologies, networking protocols, operating systems, and programming languages (C, C++ and/or Java).
- Experience in technical support or engineering services, working directly with customers to ensure their success.

Cybersecurity Manager
Responsibilities:
- Set the processes to deliver RTI’s secure products, and products according to industry cybersecurity standards. This includes automotive ISO/SAE 21434, as well as standards from the aerospace, defense, and medical markets.
- Lead the Product Incident Security Response Team (PSIRT) who reviews and analyzes vulnerabilities, and defines and communicates a response and remedy plan to our customers.
- Craft the security requirements and develop the security plan incorporating security processes, software tools, configuration management, and requirements traceability methodologies. You review the security-related work products.
- Will be the point of contact for security process questions for our customers and certification assessors.
- Coordinate security-standard-initiatives across the product offering to ensure the success of the deployment of new cybersecurity frameworks and cybersecurity policies.
- Oversee the successful execution and audit of relevant controls for industry and customer-driven cybersecurity requirements.
Aerospace & Defense Marketing Specialist
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in industry and/or partner marketing in B2B environments
- Excellent writing and editing abilities
- Proven experience executing results-oriented marketing campaigns in the Aerospace and Defense market
