Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Head Host/ess located at a Luxury Fine Dining restaurant in Bahrain. The Head Hostess will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of hostesses and ensuring all guests receive exceptional service. Other responsibilities include managing reservations, scheduling, and training new staff members.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Customer-service oriented mindset and exceptional attention to detail
- Fine dining and high business volume experience
- Willing to relocate to Bahrain under company full sponsorship
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a bonus, additional languages is a plus

- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع كمضيف رئيسي/موظف في مطعم فاخر لتناول الطعام الفاخر في البحرين. ستكون المضيفة الرئيسية مسؤولة عن إدارة فريق المضيفات والإشراف عليه وضمان حصول جميع الضيوف على خدمة استثنائية. تشمل المسؤوليات الأخرى إدارة الحجوزات والجدولة وتدريب الموظفين الجدد.
مؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة كمضيفة أو في دور مماثل لخدمة العملاء
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت قوية
- القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة والعمل بشكل جيد تحت الضغط
- عقلية موجهة لخدمة العملاء واهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل
- تجربة تناول الطعام الفاخر وحجم الأعمال الكبير
- على استعداد للانتقال إلى البحرين تحت رعاية الشركة الكاملة
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية هي مكافأة، ولغات إضافية زائد
