About
- We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product team. You will create our loop models to create impactful experiences that bring users from personalized first-contact onboarding, through the aha moment, and into habit-forming experience. By applying data-driven behavioral design, our hope is that you will be able to create flows that provide the right balance between user needs and business growth. As your role will have strategic impact on a brand new product, you will be able to leverage years of Growth experience in all of the areas from data and quant research, through qualitative interviews, to process establishment, and plain good old gut feelings.
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with product managers and engineers as part of our Product, Design, and Engineering trio, taking part in strategic decision-making processes at a product level.

- Each person has a broad set of product design skills ranging from design thinking to interaction design, prototyping, user research, and design thinking to visual communication,
- We work in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to build the best translation management software for our customers.
You Will
- Lead and oversee product user experience, from conception to launch, in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX writers, and/or content strategists,
- Advocate for the user, and drive a holistic UX and product vision,
- Measure the success of your solutions by looking at quantitative/qualitative data and iterate whenever necessary,
- Bring multiple stakeholders to the table to understand and solve problems,
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful concepts and prototypes,
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of the most loved translation management software in the cloud,
- Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant,
- Work in an agile “fail fast, learn faster” environment, where failure is just another learning method and not end of the world,
- Proactively request and provide feedback to continually raise the bar we set for quality, while also taking on a mentorship role.
You Must Have
- 5+ years of experience working as a product designer within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment in a B2B SaaS model, preferably within the area of growth,
- An understanding of business growth metrics, OKRs, and growth loop models that allow for tracking of results,
- A proven track record of building and shipping applications or software for whole features or products,
- Experience showcasing your design process across multiple projects, including interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes,
- An outstanding ability to work with design (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and interactive prototyping (Framer, Webflow, Principle, etc.) tools,
- Visual design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense, and how these elements impact product functioning,
- Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking while developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact on people and the company.
