About the job
- I am partnered with a rapidly scaling globally remote well-funded and profitable Series A SaaS B2B FinTech who are seeking 4x Product Designers to join their squads.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, Customer Success Managers, and Finance Managers.
- Conduct user research, speak to users to understand their pain points and needs.
- Shape product strategy and vision alongside product owners and senior management.
- Craft elegant and effective design solutions.
- Present design proposals, gather feedback, and iterate.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the in-house design system
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience designing and shaping SaaS/B2B products in a start up environment
- Have a portfolio showcasing visual craft and UX process - pixel perfect in a polished portfolio.
- Be able to take charge of the design process, take initiative and thrive as a self-directed team player.
- Ready to hit the ground running, problem solve and drive design thinking.
