Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Seef. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and maintaining open communication with internal and external parties.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Expense report management skills
- Executive support skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
