JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor I
Key Responsibilities
Assist for all activities related to quantity survey related to:
(i) Quantity measurement for Subcontractor’s work, Client Variations and other Commercial support.
(ii) Download disciplines BOQs from SCMS and track changes at 30% / 60% / 90% and final Model Reviews.
(iii) Keeping back up record of completed works in comparison to Awarded BOQs.
(iv) Review of Subcontractor interim payments (Quantities and Rates).
(v) Review of quantities related to any variation or claim.
(vi) Review on final measurement of quantities.
(vii) Communication and getting directions from supervisors during project construction phase until close-out.
Primary Duties
Interface with SCMS and upload/ download Bills and Bid tabs.
- Assist the team pro-actively to meet project requirement.
- Review and comment on quantities and unit rates for subcontractors’ interim payments.
- Adhere to the work system for material take - off (based on drawings, specifications, and BOQs), detailing amount of work completed supported by spreadsheets and relevant drawings.
- Maintain records of Martial take-off MTO and track Bill of Quantities BOQs Measurements according to approved drawings.
- Maintain record of the free issue materials, manpower and equipment, sourced by Petrofac when the subcontractor is unable to directly source the same.
- Assist in determining the extent and value of work executed for interim payments to subcontractors.
- Assist in assessing quantities related to contract or subcontract variations or claims.
- Coordinate, verify and keep track of third-party services on day-to-day basis directly hired by Petrofac.
- Verify and comment third party quantities and invoices.
- Implementation and adherence to HSE and Quality System procedures and plans.
- Carry out other related duties as directed by the supervisors.
- Check, measure, verify and maintain records of as built vs. site measurements.
- Assist the team on final account measurement with subcontractors.
Essential Qualifications And Skills
- A graduate university degree in Engineering; RICS - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; Diploma in Engineering; Diploma in QS.
- Experience in quantity survey, technical knowledge, take-off, site measurement, rates and payments. A relevant experience or Project exposure of similar jobs shall be considered as well.

المهام الأساسية
المساعدة في جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بمسح الكميات المتعلقة بـ:
(ط) قياس الكمية لعمل المقاول من الباطن، وتغيرات العميل والدعم التجاري الآخر.
(2) تنزيل BOQs للتخصصات من SCMS وتتبع التغييرات بنسبة 30% / 60% / 90% ومراجعات النموذج النهائية.
(3) الاحتفاظ بسجل احتياطي للأعمال المكتملة مقارنة بجداول الكميات الممنوحة.
(4) مراجعة الدفعات المؤقتة للمقاول من الباطن (الكميات والأسعار).
(5) مراجعة الكميات المتعلقة بأي تغيير أو مطالبة.
(6) مراجعة القياس النهائي للكميات.
(السابع) التواصل والحصول على التوجيهات من المشرفين خلال مرحلة بناء المشروع حتى إغلاقه.
الواجبات الاولية
واجهة مع SCMS وتحميل/تنزيل علامات تبويب الفواتير والمزايدة.
- مساعدة الفريق بشكل استباقي لتلبية متطلبات المشروع.
- مراجعة والتعليق على الكميات ومعدلات الوحدات للمدفوعات المؤقتة للمقاولين من الباطن.
- الالتزام بنظام العمل الخاص بسحب المواد (استنادًا إلى الرسومات والمواصفات وجداول الكميات)، مع تقديم تفاصيل كمية العمل المكتمل مدعومًا بجداول البيانات والرسومات ذات الصلة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات MTO للإقلاع العسكري وتتبع قياسات فاتورة الكميات وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجل للمواد والقوى العاملة والمعدات المجانية المصدرة من قبل بتروفاك عندما يكون المقاول من الباطن غير قادر على الحصول عليها مباشرة.
- المساعدة في تحديد مدى وقيمة العمل المنجز للمدفوعات المؤقتة للمقاولين من الباطن.
- المساعدة في تقييم الكميات المتعلقة بتغيرات أو مطالبات العقد أو العقد من الباطن.
- تنسيق خدمات الطرف الثالث والتحقق منها وتتبعها على أساس يومي يتم تعيينه مباشرة من قبل بتروفاك.

المؤهلات والمهارات الأساسية
- شهادة جامعية عليا في الهندسة؛ RICS - المعهد الملكي للمساحين القانونيين؛ دبلوم في الهندسة؛ دبلوم في QS.
- خبرة في مسح الكميات والمعرفة التقنية والإقلاع وقياس الموقع والأسعار والمدفوعات. يجب أيضًا أخذ الخبرة ذات الصلة أو التعرض للمشروع لوظائف مماثلة في الاعتبار.
