- Meraki Talent is currently engaged with a global professional service firm who are looking for a Corporate Finance Director or Associate Partner to join the team, based in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be required to take ownership of the entire M&A process in the financial service industry. Other duties within the role will include preparing marketing documents, mentoring junior team members, identifying and pitching new business opportunities to clients and building and maintaining client relationships on an international scale.
Requirements:
- Experience either in corporate finance, corporate development or investment banking.
- You have executed significant M&A engagements in the financial services sector.
- Track record of participating in buy- and sell-side M&A processes.
- You display business acumen/commercial awareness and can identify business development opportunities.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead teams to produce outstanding results for clients.

- سجل حافل بالمشاركة في عمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ من جانب الشراء والبيع.
- تُظهر الفطنة التجارية / الوعي التجاري ويمكنك تحديد فرص تطوير الأعمال.
- مهارات قيادية وإدارة مشاريع قوية مع القدرة على قيادة الفرق لتحقيق نتائج رائعة للعملاء.
