Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as an Installation Technician located in Manama. The Installation Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, cabling, and ensuring customer satisfaction through their customer service and communication skills. The Installation Technician will work closely with clients to understand their businesses and install various products and systems.
- Installing various large appliances for customers, such as washers, wall ovens, and Tv etc..
- Proven work experience as an installation technician.
- Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.
- Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly.
- Advanced knowledge of modern electrical equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Build relationships and trust with customers and clients

- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع كفني تركيب يقع في المنامة. سيكون فني التثبيت مسؤولاً عن استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والكابلات وضمان رضا العملاء من خلال خدمة العملاء ومهارات الاتصال الخاصة بهم. سيعمل فني التثبيت بشكل وثيق مع العملاء لفهم أعمالهم وتثبيت المنتجات والأنظمة المختلفة.
- تركيب مختلف الأجهزة الكبيرة للعملاء مثل الغسالات والأفران الجدارية والتلفزيون وغيرها.
- خبرة عمل مثبتة كفني تركيب.
- تزويد العملاء بتعليمات التشغيل الشفهية والمكتوبة للمعدات الجديدة.
- تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول كيفية استخدام الأجهزة بشكل صحيح.
- معرفة متقدمة بالمعدات الكهربائية الحديثة.
- القدرة على رفع الأشياء الثقيلة.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها مع المعدات الموجودة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
