• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product lines.

About You:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the medical device or laboratory diagnostics industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing sales teams in a regional or global capacity.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve significant revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA laboratory diagnostics market landscape, customer segmentation, and distribution channels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment and manage geographically dispersed teams.
• Fluency in English and at least one other major European language (French, German, Spanish etc.) is a plus.
