- Unipal is looking for a creative marketing manager to join our team in Bahrain!
- The role requires a creative thinker that will coordinate and develop marketing campaigns and handle the brand image.
Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition Growth – Create, collaborate, or participate in online & offline campaigns.
- Manage team – Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Marketing team members.
- Conduct analytics and research – Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to create relatable content for the youth segment
- Excellent in both Arabic & English (speaking & writing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have an excellent awareness of trends and market developments of the youth segment.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. To be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy.

- يتطلب الدور مفكرًا مبدعًا يقوم بتنسيق الحملات التسويقية وتطويرها والتعامل مع صورة العلامة التجارية.
المسؤوليات:
- نمو اكتساب المستخدمين - إنشاء حملات عبر الإنترنت وغير متصل أو التعاون فيها أو المشاركة فيها.
- إدارة الفريق - توظيف أعضاء فريق التسويق الجدد وإجراء مقابلات معهم وتوظيفهم وتدريبهم.
- إجراء التحليلات والأبحاث – جمع وتحليل المعلومات لتحديد الأسواق والعملاء الجدد، والطلب على المنتجات والخدمات، وفعالية الحملات والاستراتيجيات التسويقية الحالية.
متطلبات:
- ما لا يقل عن 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال ذي صلة
- القدرة على إنشاء محتوى مرتبط بقطاع الشباب
- ممتاز في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
- مهارة قوية في التحليل وحل المشاكل
- مهارات إشرافية وقيادية قوية
- القدرة على إنشاء وتنفيذ ومراقبة الميزانيات
المرشح المثالي:
- يجب أن يكون لديك وعي ممتاز بالاتجاهات وتطورات السوق لقطاع الشباب.
- خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية أثناء إدارة الفريق وإلهامه. أن تكون مرتاحًا للأنشطة التسويقية اليومية بالإضافة إلى الإستراتيجية طويلة المدى.
