- Our client is seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader to serve as our remote Chief Marketing Officer for the EMEA region. You will lead a talented marketing team and spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy for EMEA, aligned with global objectives.
- Lead and manage all marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, public relations, marketing communications, and field marketing.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the diverse EMEA landscape.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for existing and new medical device products.
- Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and talent development.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity within the EMEA MedTech landscape.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding marketing objectives and leading high-performing teams in an international setting.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA MedTech market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Experience with building and managing complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and data analytics tools.
- Strong cultural awareness and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse region like EMEA.
- Experience with remote work is a plus.

- كن على اطلاع على اتجاهات السوق والتغييرات التنظيمية ونشاط المنافسين ضمن مشهد MedTech في أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
- تقديم رؤى وتوصيات استراتيجية لفريق القيادة التنفيذية.
- أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال التسويق، منها 7 سنوات على الأقل في الأدوار القيادية العليا في مجال MedTech أو قطاع الرعاية الصحية.
- سجل حافل بتجاوز الأهداف التسويقية وقيادة فرق عالية الأداء في بيئة دولية.
- فهم عميق لديناميكيات سوق MedTech في أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا والمشهد التنظيمي والبيئة التنافسية.
- مهارات استراتيجية وتحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية وقيادية ممتازة مع القدرة على تحفيز وإلهام فرق متنوعة.
- خبرة في بناء وإدارة حملات تسويقية معقدة عبر قنوات متعددة.
- الكفاءة في أتمتة التسويق وأدوات تحليل البيانات.
- الوعي الثقافي القوي والقدرة على التكيف لتزدهر في منطقة ديناميكية ومتنوعة مثل أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا.
- تعتبر الخبرة في العمل عن بعد ميزة إضافية.
