Objective:
- Navisite is seeking an experienced JDE Functional Distribution consultant to provide managed service and project support for multiple global customers.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supporting or implementing Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) applications.
- The candidate will provide proactive and reactive support of customer JDE systems from a Functional perspective, ensuring that customer systems run smoothly, and issues are resolved in accordance with agreed procedures and within contracted service levels.
- Ad-hoc project work including implementations, upgrades, customisations or process changes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring client requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to customer questions and assisting with issue resolution which may involve one or more of the following:
- Providing users with workarounds
- Troubleshooting or debugging with developers
- Proposing SQL fixes to database tables
- Identifying ESUs or liaising with Oracle for bug fixes
- Follow Navisite Managed Services consulting methods and processes
- Working collaboratively and build relationships with other consultants, customer staff, and third-party consultants
- Identification and resolution of JDE system errors
- Update and maintenance of JDE configuration
- Guidance to users to follow correct JDE procedures
- Proactive and reactive maintenance of JDE systems from a Functional perspective
- Project specification and testing of new customised JDE applications or modifications to existing JDE applications
- Consultants should be comfortable working with highly knowledgeable JD Edwards end-users and able to quickly understand unique client requirements and configurations
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a JDE application support or consulting capacity
- Experience in Manufacturing or Warehouse Management modules would be advantageous
- Understanding of business concepts & strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new functionality and customer customizations
- Candidate must ensure compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, and any other applicable data protection legislation

- يجب أن يشعر الاستشاريون بالراحة في العمل مع مستخدمي JD Edwards النهائيين ذوي المعرفة العالية وأن يكونوا قادرين على فهم متطلبات العميل الفريدة وتكويناته بسرعة
المهارات والخبرة المفضلة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال دعم تطبيقات JDE أو القدرة الاستشارية
- ستكون الخبرة في وحدات التصنيع أو إدارة المستودعات مفيدة
- فهم مفاهيم الأعمال والمهارات التحليلية وحل المشكلات القوية
- مهارات الاتصال الشفوي والكتابي قوية
- القدرة على تعلم وظائف جديدة وتخصيصات العملاء
