Role Description
- As an Editor and Copywriter, you will lead the charge in curating a thriving and engaged community within our platform while also crafting compelling copy that resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for creating captivating content including articles, blogs, masterclasses, shaping the newsfeed, members spotlight and ensuring all written materials uphold our brand voice and messaging. Your editorial prowess and copywriting skills will be essential in driving member engagement and fostering a sense of belonging among our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Generate original and captivating content, including articles, blogs, multimedia features, and promotional materials, that captivates and informs our audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to develop content ideas and refine messaging, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
Newsfeed Curation:
- Curate and manage the platform's newsfeed to provide a diverse and engaging mix of content that aligns with the community's interests and preferences.
- Identify trending topics, news, and discussions within the community and leverage them to drive engagement and conversation.
- Coordinate and facilitate expert-led masterclasses on topics relevant to the community's interests, working closely with subject matter experts and guest speakers.
- Develop compelling promotional copy for masterclass events to drive registrations and engagement.
- Craft compelling copy for various platforms and channels, including website pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements, maintaining consistency in tone and messaging.
- Ensure all written materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the platform's values and mission.
- Proactively engage with community members to foster a strong sense of belonging and encourage active participation.
- Develop and implement strategies to spotlight community members, celebrating their achievements, contributions, and stories.
- Create compelling member spotlights that highlight the diverse experiences, expertise, and accomplishments of our community members.
- Coordinate with members to gather information and insights for spotlight features, ensuring their stories are authentically and respectfully represented.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough proofreading, editing, and fact-checking to ensure all written content meets editorial standards for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field.
- Proven experience in community management, content creation, and copywriting roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

مؤهلات

- مهارات استثنائية في الكتابة والتحرير والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
