Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Candy Estimator located in Riffa. The Candy Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project specifications and analyzing project scope to prepare accurate and timely estimates in Candy for tendering purposes. The Candy Estimator will work closely with the Operation, Estimation and Project management team to ensure that estimates are submitted in accordance with company standards and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge and experience in using Candy software
- Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate the costs of construction projects
- Expertise in analyzing project scope, plans, and specifications to develop detailed construction estimates
- Experience in quantity takeoff, unit pricing, and cost analysis
- Strong proficiency in Candy (RIBCCS) and other estimating software
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

- خبرة في إقلاع الكمية وتسعير الوحدات وتحليل التكلفة
- إتقان قوي لبرنامج Candy (RIBCCS) وبرامج التقدير الأخرى
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة جماعية والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة
- اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة البناء أو المجال ذي الصلة
