Roles & Responsibilities
- Meticulously support throughout the design process which may include 3d concept design, design plans, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts, finish plans, color plans, schematic design and schedules.
- Produce brand appropriate design presentations
- Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design, specifically within FF&E, from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept
- Produce mood, material and design presentations with minimal supervision
- Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections with minimal supervision
- Utilize knowledge of furniture and technology, custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications
- Independently create material palettes and inspiration image boards
- Realistic High Resolution 3D Renders reflecting the concept design of the desired space along with finishing materials, furniture and lighting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMax, vray, Sketchup and Photoshop and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred.
- 5 years interior design experience, including FF&E and Hospitality projects Interior Design.

الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي
- يفضل الكفاءة في AutoCAD و3DMax وvray وSketchup وPhotoshop وغيرها من برامج تخطيط/عرض المساحة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة 5 سنوات في التصميم الداخلي، بما في ذلك التصميم الداخلي لمشاريع FF&E والضيافة.
