Description
Duration: 3 months (Unpaid Internship)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
