Job Details
- A certified trainer from a reputable training body, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, have good experience in delivering small group training, be an excellent communicator and have a high degree of personal fitness.
- We are especially interested in speaking with candidates who are ready and able to immerse themselves in the wider operations of the studio to ensure a fantastic member experience both in and out of the studio, including but certainly not limited to social media engagement, member acquisition and retention and the setting up and cleaning of the studio.

Cycle Sudio Manager
- Our partner are successful fitness entrepreneurs and investigating the possibility of opening a new cycle boutique studio on the beautiful island of Bahrain.
- The Studio Manager / Lead Instructor will play a pivotal role in the setting up of the studio, recruiting and managing the team and schedule, whilst supporting growth through sales and marketing strategies.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will be leading up to six classes per working day therefore must possess valid qualifications from a reputable training body and have the experience to lead from the front with highly engaging and energetic classes.
- Due to the project being a start-up, it is highly desirable that the Studio Manager has experience leading teams and brands with a high degree of uncertainty and ambiguity.
