Position Overview
- We are seeking an energetic and motivated Media Production Manager to support our videography and photography department. The Production Manager would be in charge of seeing video and photography projects through from concept development to post-production & delivery. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations related to video and photo deliverables in monthly retainers are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Operations Manager and work with Clients directly and coordinate with the Client Services and Social Media teams on day-to-day operations of the production department
- Manage and oversee video and photo pre-production planning and on-site production activities
- Ensure delivery of a high-quality product on time and within budget
- Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients
- Supervise additional staff during video production
- Coordinate with Influencers, Models and Talent Agencies as and when required
- Ensure all projects are on schedule
- Identify best practices for production departments and evolve daily operations as necessary
- Oversee media collection to ensure all media is archived and backed up appropriately and can be readily obtained
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a production environment)
- Knowledge of shooting and editing videos
- Demonstrated knowledge of video editing software platforms and processes
- Knowledge of video production equipment
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment and “go the extra mile”
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required

- نحن نبحث عن مدير إنتاج إعلامي نشط ومتحمس لدعم قسم التصوير بالفيديو والتصوير الفوتوغرافي لدينا. سيكون مدير الإنتاج مسؤولاً عن رؤية مشاريع الفيديو والتصوير الفوتوغرافي بدءًا من تطوير المفهوم وحتى مرحلة ما بعد الإنتاج والتسليم. سيكون مدير الإنتاج مسؤولاً عن ضمان استيفاء جميع الالتزامات التعاقدية المتعلقة بتسليمات الفيديو والصور في الخدم الشهرية.
المهام الأساسية:
- قم بإبلاغ مدير العمليات والعمل مع العملاء مباشرة والتنسيق مع فرق خدمة العملاء ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في العمليات اليومية لقسم الإنتاج
- إدارة والإشراف على تخطيط ما قبل إنتاج الفيديو والصور وأنشطة الإنتاج في الموقع
- ضمان تسليم منتج عالي الجودة في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية
- توقع والاستجابة لاحتياجات وطلبات العملاء
- الإشراف على الموظفين الإضافيين أثناء إنتاج الفيديو
- التنسيق مع المؤثرين والنماذج ووكالات المواهب عند الاقتضاء
- التأكد من أن جميع المشاريع تسير في الموعد المحدد
- تحديد أفضل الممارسات لأقسام الإنتاج وتطوير العمليات اليومية حسب الضرورة
- الإشراف على جمع الوسائط للتأكد من أرشفة جميع الوسائط ونسخها احتياطيًا بشكل مناسب ويمكن الحصول عليها بسهولة
مؤهلات:
- ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة و/أو مزيج معادل من التعليم والخبرة (يجب أن تشمل الخبرة في بيئة الإنتاج)
- معرفة بتصوير وتحرير مقاطع الفيديو
- - إظهار المعرفة بمنصات وعمليات برامج تحرير الفيديو
- المعرفة بمعدات إنتاج الفيديو
- مهارات تنظيم وتخطيط وتواصل ممتازة
- عقلية تعاونية والقدرة على العمل مع الاحتياجات المتنوعة والمتغيرة
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة عالية الضغط و"بذل جهد إضافي"
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
- القدرة على العمل ليلاً وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع وربما العطلات كما هو مطلوب
