URGENT: Hiring General Accountant for Foodstuff Trading company in Bahrain

Immediate JOIN

• The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting, budgeting and customer billing (Full accounting cycle with Bahrain VAT Compliance experience) They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management
• Preparation of VAT filing return and submit it.
• Ensure daily transactions are entered and recorded in the system, Maintain GL and accruals recording.
• Managing petty cash for the company and prepare cash flow report.
• Report the statues of the accounts payable and receivable in the system on updated tracks.
• Manage bank accounts portals 
• Cash flow management 

Reconcile financial statement and daily company transactions

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of professional accounting experience
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
3. Preferred Experience in QuickBooks & Zoho Books system 
4. Experience in Foodstuff Trading
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
6. Can handle and work under pressure

• التأكد من إدخال المعاملات اليومية وتسجيلها في النظام، والحفاظ على دفتر الأستاذ العام وتسجيل الاستحقاقات.
• إدارة المصروفات النثرية للشركة وإعداد تقرير التدفق النقدي.
• - تقرير تماثيل الذمم الدائنة والمدينة في النظام على المسارات المحدثة.
• إدارة بوابات الحسابات المصرفية 
• إدارة التدفق النقدي 

التوفيق بين البيانات المالية والمعاملات اليومية للشركة

مؤهلات

1. أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة المحاسبية المهنية
2. درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة
3. - يفضل الخبرة في نظام QuickBooks و Zoho Books 
4. خبرة في تجارة المواد الغذائية
5. اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين 
6. يستطيع التعامل والعمل تحت الضغط
