Food & Beverage Store Keeper Job In Bahrainوظيفة حارس متجر الأغذية والمشروبات في البحرين

 Duties and Responsibilities:

1- Give a weekly report of how the weekly purchases were utilized.

2- Ensure that all the issuances from the stores are properly accounted for and utilized by various departments.

3- Have stock movement report before weekly stock requisition.

4- Check the store for any breakages or routine maintenance.

5- Ensuring prompt utilization and accountability of stock.

6- Control and track stock levels, timely ordering and verification of the supplies.

7- Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, schedule delivery and check the quality of deliveries.

8- Meet with sales representatives to order supplies/replenishment for tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.

9- Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.

10- Responsible for day-to-day checks on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.

11- Should be able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores.

Qualifications & Experience:

1- Diploma or Certificate in hotel management, procurement, or store management.

2- Three years experience working in the Catering/Hotel / F&B sector

3- Should ideally have experience in stock taking in the food & beverage sector.
