Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Director, located in Manama.
- The Financial Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and reporting for the company, preparing financial statements, and using analytical skills to provide insight into the financial health of the business.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements
- Analytical skills to provide financial insight and create reports for decision-making
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and work independently

وصف الدور
- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمدير مالي يقع في المنامة. سيكون المدير المالي مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على التخطيط المالي وإعداد التقارير للشركة، وإعداد البيانات المالية، واستخدام المهارات التحليلية لتقديم نظرة ثاقبة على الصحة المالية للشركة.
مؤهلات
- خبرة في التخطيط المالي والتقارير المالية والبيانات المالية
- المهارات التحليلية لتوفير رؤية مالية وإنشاء تقارير لاتخاذ القرار
- خبرة في المالية أو المحاسبة أو المجال ذي الصلة
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال
- الخبرة في مجال الضيافة أو صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات ميزة إضافية
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية وقيادية ممتازة
- القدرة على إدارة الفريق والعمل بشكل مستقل
