Technical Product Owner
Primary role:
- Review and sign-off on the Business and Technical requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
Job description:
- i. Ensure that business requirements are correctly translated into functional and technical requirements.
- ii. Identify potential gaps within business and technical requirements, and recommend workarounds that are fit for business needs.
- iii. Act as a main focal point for all technical requirements related queries across the organization.
- iv. Work with key stakeholders to ensure detailed requirements are accurate, complete and can be understood by a diverse group of users.
- v. Act as a technical advisor to the business, proposing technical solutions to suggested business needs.
- vi. Proactively identify improvements and harmonization opportunities within technical requirements.
- vii. Ensure that technical enhancement proposals are analyzed and reviewed thoroughly.
- viii. Ensure the quality assurance team covers all functional and technical requirements.
- ix. Consult on a regular basis with leadership to align expectations and prioritize deliverables.
- x. Participate in team demos.
Qualifications:
- i. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
- ii. Minimum of five (5) years of experience with producing / reviewing detailed business & technical requirements, documentation and user stories.
- iii. Broad experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, system architects and senior software engineers, often at a detailed technology level.
- iv. Experience of delivering large scale systems in an agile environment with experience of using agile tools.
- v. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal direction from management.
- vi. Strong customer service, analytical, research, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- vii. Capable of forming and advocating for an independent view point.
- viii. Demonstrates longer-term strategic thinking in order to keep abreast with what's possible technically, operationally and professionally.

دور أساسى:
- قم بمراجعة متطلبات الأعمال والمتطلبات الفنية والتوقيع عليها لضمان توافقها مع احتياجات العمل.
المسمى الوظيفي:
- أنا. تأكد من ترجمة متطلبات العمل بشكل صحيح إلى متطلبات وظيفية وفنية.
- ثانيا. تحديد الفجوات المحتملة في متطلبات العمل والمتطلبات الفنية، والتوصية بالحلول المناسبة لاحتياجات العمل.
- ثالثا. العمل كنقطة محورية رئيسية لجميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمتطلبات الفنية عبر المنظمة.
- رابعا. اعمل مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين للتأكد من أن المتطلبات التفصيلية دقيقة وكاملة ويمكن فهمها من قبل مجموعة متنوعة من المستخدمين.
- v. العمل كمستشار فني للشركة، واقتراح الحلول التقنية لاحتياجات العمل المقترحة.

مؤهلات:
- أنا. مطلوب درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الكمبيوتر أو الهندسة أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- ثانيا. خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات في إنتاج / مراجعة المتطلبات الفنية والتجارية التفصيلية والوثائق وقصص المستخدمين.
- ثالثا. خبرة واسعة في التعاون مع خبراء الموضوع ومهندسي الأنظمة وكبار مهندسي البرمجيات، غالبًا على مستوى تقني مفصل.
- رابعا. خبرة في تقديم أنظمة واسعة النطاق في بيئة رشيقة مع خبرة في استخدام الأدوات الرشيقة.
- v. إظهار القدرة على التعامل مع أولويات متعددة مع الحد الأدنى من التوجيه من الإدارة.
- السادس. خدمة عملاء قوية ومهارات تحليلية وبحثية ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات.
- سابعا. القدرة على تكوين وجهة نظر مستقلة والدفاع عنها.
- ثامنا. يُظهر تفكيرًا استراتيجيًا طويل المدى من أجل مواكبة ما هو ممكن من الناحية الفنية والتشغيلية والمهنية.
