Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, coach, mentor and support engineering team
- Oversee timely and quality delivery of technical aspects of development, ensuring best practices are adhered to, and high-quality software is delivered.
- Collaborate with squad Product Owner and Designer + other key stakeholders
- Foster and Agile and collaborative environment, championing teamwork and prioritisation
- Participate in code reviews + have a hand in architecture discussions
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Keep up to date with recent technology trends, aiming to implement new technologies and practices to maintain a competitive advantage
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Product Owner / Manager in a similar software development environment
- Strong technical / hands on background with experience in software development
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor as well as ensure timely and quality delivery of software
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and project management skills
- Previous experience working in a SaaS B2B business very advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have:
- Their stack includes: Python 3.10, Django, React, NestJS, Typescript, AWS, Fast API, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes - it would be great if you understood their ecosystem!
- Previous experience working in a SaaS B2B business

- تقنية قوية / خلفية عملية مع خبرة في تطوير البرمجيات
- مهارات قيادية قوية مع القدرة على التدريب والتوجيه وكذلك ضمان تسليم البرامج في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية
- فهم ممتاز لمنهجيات Agile ومهارات إدارة المشاريع
- الخبرة السابقة في العمل في مجال SaaS B2B مفيدة جدًا
- اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثا ممتازة
