Project Title: Development and deployment of net-zero energy technologies within the GCC
- This research project delves into how member countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) can bolster their regional economic system to drive the development and adoption of net-zero energy technologies. Focused on identifying and understanding the role of both private and public sector entities, EPRI aims to uncover key factors crucial for fostering innovation in the GCC. By examining academic research institutions, private risk capital, markets, OEMs, and government policies, EPRI seeks to assess the potential for shaping a thriving ecosystem for net-zero energy technologies within the GCC.
Responsibilities:
- E4C Fellows work with mission-aligned organizations to improve the quality of life for people and the planet. Investigate, optimize, and design solutions to advance the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Engage in a comprehensive learning program to become future leaders in Engineering for Sustainable Development.
Qualifications:
- Applicants from countries within The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
- (United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Bahrain, State of Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
- Any early-career technical professional, whether studying (3rd or 4th year of bachelor’s degree and equivalent) or in the workforce.
- We consider anyone with less than 10 years of relevant experience as an early-career.
- We consider technical professionals to include engineers, architects, data analysts, computer scientists, natural scientists, and any others working at the intersection of technology, sustainable development, and social impact.
- Candidates should be proficient in English.

مؤهلات:
- المتقدمون من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- (الإمارات العربية المتحدة، مملكة البحرين، دولة الكويت، سلطنة عمان، دولة قطر، المملكة العربية السعودية).
- أي محترف تقني في بداية حياته المهنية، سواء كان يدرس (السنة الثالثة أو الرابعة من درجة البكالوريوس وما يعادلها) أو في القوى العاملة.
- نحن نعتبر أي شخص لديه أقل من 10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة بمثابة بداية مهنية.
- نحن نعتبر أن المتخصصين الفنيين يشملون المهندسين والمهندسين المعماريين ومحللي البيانات وعلماء الكمبيوتر وعلماء الطبيعة وأي أشخاص آخرين يعملون عند تقاطع التكنولوجيا والتنمية المستدامة والتأثير الاجتماعي.
